COP26: Is the UK prepared to lead the fight against climate change?

The UK government has set out its desire to be world leaders in the fight against climate change, by getting to net zero emissions by 2050. The feasibility of this goal has however been questioned by former president of the conference Claire O’Neil, who argues “we’ve seen a huge lack of leadership and engagement” and are not currently operating at the level to be world leaders.
