These Guys Are Recycling Cigarette Butts in India

Cigarette butts are the most littered item in India. The butts are made of a plastic that is non-biodegradable so they can be around for a very long time. Two young guys wanted to do something about this littering and came up with a smart way to recycle and reuse the butts.
